We at Grounded Cafe, are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our in-house staff and customers. To make sure we have a safe and healthy workplace, Grounded Cafe has been rigorously following hygiene measures with COVID-19 pandemic in consideration. 

Managers and staff have been our pillar of support to make this happen to the T. Our goal is to prevent the potential for transmission of COVID-19 in our workplaces and communities. We’re thankful to the team spirit our staff and customers show to maintain the safety and health of all persons in our workplaces. 

We follow touchless face attendance and face recognition body temperature scanner to make sure we keep our customers and staff safe from the virus.

Practices Followed At Grounded Cafe

• Sick staff stay home and maintain isolation until immune again
• Social distancing (Six-feet apart & wearing face masks)
• Staff hygiene 
• Bakery ambience sanitized thrice every day
• Following workplace cleaning and disinfection 
• Performing drop-off, pick-up and delivery practices with almost care
• No-contact delivery available

Apart from this, we allow a minimum number of people in the bakery at a time and maintain alternate seating available. Rest assured that we sanitise the tables and chairs after being used by a customer.

Few Activities To Keep You Healthy

• Wash hands thoroughly and often
• Stay home when sick
• Stay 6 feet apart
• Clean all surfaces that involve many individuals using it

Few Things to Follow While You Visit Us

• Masks are a must while you come down to Grounded Cafe
• Please sanitise your hands while you enter the bakery unit
• A minimum of 6 feet distance is always recommended

All staff and customers are advised not to enter the workplace if they are experiencing symptoms or have contracted COVID-19. We proactively carry out the plan and update the protections, protocols, work-practices and training as necessary. This COVID-19 Preparedness Plan has been certified by Grounded Cafe management and the plan is followed throughout the bakery unit.
