Credit Cards

We accept the Credit Cards issued by any bank (as per Razorpay’s availability for a certain bank). Now, you can make payments for your products directly through your credit card.

Debit Cards

We accept the Debit Cards issued by any bank (as per Razorpay’s availability for a certain bank). Now, you can make payments for your products directly through your debit card.

Net Banking

The customers, who did not own a Credit Card or a Debit Card, can also shop online. The Indian Bank Account holders can pay directly from their bank account. We accept payment through Net-Banking for all the banks that Razorpay allows.

Mobile Payment

In addition to Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options, we also provide a convenient Mobile Payment Option for our customers.

When you place choose products that you want to purchase, the site gives a Shipping Cost Estimation within the Shopping cart. This charge gets added to the total products’ price at the final stage of check out and you can review before you pay the total amount.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery time is *time limit for delivery* and products will be delivered after at least *minimum time period for order*. We make best efforts to deliver the products within time but due to unavoidable reasons delivery may be some time late.

Refund Policy

In case of any complaint to return the products, you will have to mail at feedback@grounded.cafe giving full detail as order number, date, total amount. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 business days).

  1. What happens if the cake is damaged due to delivery?
    If the cake is damaged while being delivered, you would receive a refund of the damaged item. Along with the refund, you would also receive 50% of the damaged item value as store credit.
  2. What happens if the cake is not delivered?
    If the cake fails to be delivered, you would receive a refund of the undelivered item. Along with the refund, you would also receive 50% of the undelivered item value as store credit.
  3. Can an order be cancelled after preparation?
    No, an order cannot be cancelled once it’s prepared.
  4. By when can an order/item be cancelled? Are there any cancellation charges involved?
    24 hours prior. If the cancellation is within a 24 hour period, 50% of the total order/item value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  5. Can order amounts be paid online only?
    All orders need to be paid online. No COD available.
  6. What happens if the order received is not satisfactory?
    After a brief discussion with the manager, and feedback from your end – 50% of the order item value will be added as store credit.
